Getting Started

Students must register with their email and validate it using the code sent to them. They then log in each session so their progress is saved and their learning outcomes appear in the admin dashboard.

Desktop or laptop browsers only (Chrome or Edge recommended). The program will not run on tablets or phones.

Using the Program

Use Full Screen mode (top left button). This improves resolution and prevents students from clicking outside the browser window, which can push the program into the background.

20–30 minutes, including interactive activities and the quiz.

If you log out or refresh your browser while a lesson is in progress, you’ll need to log back in to continue. Please note that only lessons you fully complete are marked as “finished.” Any lesson exited partway through will need to be restarted from the beginning.

Yes. Use the on-screen Menu button (top right) to pause at any time. You can replay lessons from the main menu.

Open the Settings menu (top right). Use the Subtitles toggle to switch them on or off.

Yes. The program can only be accessed with an active internet connection. Lessons and video stream online, student progress is saved to their account.

Troubleshooting

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Refresh the page.
  • Switch to Chrome or Edge.

Close the browser tab and log back in. Progress is saved automatically after each activity.

Quick Reference

Use the menu in the top right hand corner to pause, adjust the volume of the lesson, turn subtitles on or off, reset  progress, logout or delete your account.

Tip for Facilitators: test audio, internet, and full-screen display before the session.
